Throughout the season, cadets demonstrated remarkable growth in discipline, leadership, and teamwork. “Consistent practice and accountability strengthened discipline, while leadership emerged as cadets stepped up to mentor one another and take ownership of their roles,” says LT Byron Conner. “Teamwork became the foundation of the program’s success, as cadets learned to trust each other, communicate effectively, and prioritize team goals over individual recognition.”
