Our Mighty Rams in upper-level Physics and Chemistry recently took learning beyond the classroom during an exciting visit to iFLY! Students had the opportunity to experience real-world science concepts in action while exploring the physics of motion, gravity, force, air resistance, and engineering principles connected to indoor skydiving.
This hands-on STEM experience allowed students to apply classroom knowledge in an engaging and unforgettable environment. From observing aerodynamics firsthand to understanding how scientific principles power flight technology, our students were able to connect advanced concepts to real-world careers and innovation.
Experiences like these help inspire curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking while preparing students for future opportunities in engineering, science, technology, and beyond. We are proud of our Mighty Rams for continuing to challenge themselves academically and embrace opportunities that expand their learning outside of the traditional classroom setting.
