Alief Early College High School will host a prospective student night on February 5 from 6-7 p.m. at 2811 Hays Road.
Come out to learn more about the National Blue Ribbon-rated campus and so much more!

Please attend the first Gals and Gowns event on Saturday, February 7 from 7-10 p.m. at Signature Manor.
This event will provide funding for senior students in need.

The Alief ISD Education Foundation will host their first pickleball tournament on Saturday, March 28, from 10-2 p.m. at Hastings High School.

This event is open to participants ages 10 and up.

Precinct 4 Commissioner Leslie Briones will host a town hall meeting on Saturday, January 31, from 1-3 p.m. at Hastings Ninth Grade Center.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and the public is highly encouraged to attend. Superintendent Dr. Mays will speak at 1:20 p.m.

The Special Education department will host a transition fair on March 21 from 10-noon.

The mural paintings at Miller Intermediate, completed by the National Art Honor Society students from Elsik, were featured in an article entitled "Fostering Collaboration and Community through Cross-Generational Murals" in the 2025 TRENDS Journal. TRENDS is a peer-reviewed journal published annually in November by the Texas Art Education Association, featuring articles that advocate for research and curriculum in art education. A
