Alief ISD Referral Stipends 25-26

The certified teacher referral stipend is $1,000 for any content-certified classroom teacher who has never been employed by Alief prior.

At this time, there isn't a referral stipend for associate teachers or paraprofessionals.

Eligibility: Any full-time Alief ISD employee (excluding district administrators and substitutes) can earn bonuses by referring employees to hard-to-fill positions.

Payments: These referral fees are paid twice yearly in December and May.
