Kerr High School is honored to have been named to Newsweek's "Beating the Odds" list. This designation recognizes Kerr as a school that does "an excellent job of preparing their students for college while also overcoming the obstacles posed by students at an economic disadvantage." During their research, the organization identified the top 500 schools in the nation that they felt best prepared low-income students for success in college. Kerr was ranked as #65 in the nation.
