Hello, my name is Lourdes Pineda. I am a PK Bilingual Teacher at Hicks Elementary. I graduated from Sam Houston State University. Go Bearkats! I have been teaching since 2015. Throughout my teaching profession I have taught second, pre-k, and third grade. I am married to my wonderful husband and have two beautiful children, Lucas, age 8, Olivia, age 2, and Charlie, my golden doodle! I am Salvadorian and proud of it! One interesting fact about me is that I was born on February 29, leap year! I love being active like cycling, running, playing sports for fun, and just being outdoors. I love food, especially sweets!
