The Alief ISD Purchasing Department seeks to conserve public funds and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all vendors.
We are committed to a purchasing system that provides quality, integrity, and increased competition.
In addition, we are dedicated to managing purchasing program that is conducted in a professional manner, provides Alief ISD taxpayers the maximum value for each dollar spent, and satisfies the needs of the District and its students, faculty, and staff.
Alief ISD is a proud recipient of the Texas Association of School Business Official's Purchasing Award of Merit, having achieved Recognized status for its procurement and distribution practices from 2013-2016!
From June 4, 2017 until July 28, 2017, the purchasing department will operate from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
We will not operate on Fridays and will be closed on July 4, 2017.
We will be open on Friday July 7, 2017.
Purchase Order Pick-Up
No Walmart or Sam's cards can be issued on Thursdays per board policy and summer hours.
