Student Records for Transfer Students

  • In State - Please request all records via TREx.  House Bill 1 from the 79th Legislature 3rd Called Session, 2006 (H.B.1), mandates Texas public schools' participation in the exchange of electronic student records using the Texas Records Exchange system (TREx). Please visit the Texas Education Agency Website for more information about TREx.

    Out of State – Please email the registrar from the student’s last campus for detailed instructions. In the email to the campus registar, please provide as much information as possible, including:

    • Student Name
    • Student Date of Birth
    • Student Grade
    • Student's Previous Alief ISD School Name
    • Enrolling Parent Name
    • Requesting School Contact Name
    • Requesting School Contact Telephone
    • Requesting School Contact Email Address

    All requested hard copy documents will be processed upon the return to normal operations of Alief ISD.

High School Transcript Requests

  • Alief ISD Graduates and Former High School Students – 

    At this time, Alief ISD can process unofficial transcript requests for district graduates and former high school students from the Class of 2005 to the present.

    In order to process your request, please submit a ticket and provide the following details in your request:

    • Your first and last name at the time of graduation
    • Graduating campus
    • Graduating year
    • Phone number
    • Email address

    All official transcripts, unofficial transcripts for those who graduated or attended Alief ISD high schools before 2005, and other requested hard copy documents will be processed upon the return to normal operations of Alief ISD.

    NOTE - Recent Alief ISD graduates who have access to their Alief Naviance account can request a transcript through the portal.

VOE, Immunization Records and Other Digital Records

  • Students and parents should contact their campus registrar for verifications of enrollment (VOE), immunization records, and other digital records.

    When emailing the campus registrar, please provide as much information as possible, including:

    • Student Name
    • Student Date of Birth
    • Student Grade
    • Parent Name
    • What you are requesting (VOE, immunization records, other digital records, etc.)

    All requested hard copy documents will be processed upon the return to normal operations of Alief ISD.

Employment Verification

  • Employers - Please submit a ticket to Alief ISD, and we will assist you to the best of our ability. All requested hard copy documents will be processed upon the return to normal operations of Alief ISD.
