Escrow Contract

WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS INSTEAD OF ONE LARGE PAYMENT TO PAY YOUR ALIEF PROPERTY TAX?

If so, you can establish an escrow contract with the Alief Tax Office for your 2023 property tax. The escrow contract amount will be the amount of your 2022 tax levy. You can make eight equal monthly deposits to your escrow account starting February 1, 2023. When the 2023 tax bill is prepared, the funds in escrow will be applied to your tax amount. Should you have an excess amount, you will receive a refund with your 2023 statement.  If there is not sufficient funds, your 2023 tax bill will reflect the amount still due.
