Taking the Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Alief Hastings High School desires that all students take AP exams for the AP classes that they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn students college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on tuition. To see what credits can be earned, visit websites for universities in which you are interested.

If you do not have a College Board account, you must create one to register for exams.  All registration for exams is completed through the College Board website at myap.collegeboard.org

Alief ISD pays exam fees for all students enrolled in AP courses at Hastings High School and Hastings Ninth Grade Center, with the exception of unused exam and late fees.
