The 2023-2024 salary schedule has been approved by the board. Alief ISD's new teacher's starting salary for the 2023-2024 school year is $62,000.
The certified teacher referral stipend for the 2023-2024 school year is $1,000 for any content-certified classroom teacher that has never been employed by Alief prior.

Scheduling Appointments with HR

It is best to schedule an appointment with HR when possible for assistance. Please email the HR representative you need to make an appointment with to schedule a day and time to visit. We recommend calling the HR receptionist first as we may be able to answer your question over the phone, therefore saving you a trip to HR.
