Announcing Retention Bonuses

You are a valued staff member in Alief ISD. We are pleased to announce the following retention bonuses. Qualifications and bonus amounts are included below. Please contact 281-498-8110, extension 29138, with any questions.
Who is Eligible?

All Returning Teachers
Bonus Amount:
- $2,000 for Certified Teachers
- $1,000 for Associate Teachers
*Paid September 30, 2023
*A new hire cannot be eligible for multiple recruitment bonuses. Any employee receiving the bonus and leaving prior to the school year will be required to reimburse the District their prorated bonus.
