Destined to make a difference in children’s lives!
The Natchitoches Central High School graduate has three years of experience teaching in a military environment. She graduated cum laude from the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts degree and a minor in Education with Teacher’s Certification.
Kentisha has the proven ability to enhance student performance by fostering an environment where students can think on a higher level. This has been her number one goal since entering the Alief school district two years ago. To Ms. Aidi, art is a gift from birth that she shares with her students in the hope that they will be inspired to express themselves in a way that will enrich the lives of others. When Ms. Aidi is not making a positive impact in children’s lives, she enjoys biking, cooking, drawing, and running.

Thaddeus Lavalais
Thaddeus Lavalais has had over three decades of experience in the graphic design, illustrating and advertising fields. A naturally gifted artist, Lavalais is a native of Port Arthur, Texas. Thaddeus has worked in nearly every area of the advertising field, from published work to Internet content and video production. In the publication field, Lavalais has worked as an art director, book illustrator designer, and editorial writer, contributing written work to several magazines.
As an educator, Lavalais has earned certification in English Language Arts and Fine Arts. Currently, he teaches Art I and Introduction to Design at Olle Middle School.
Lavalais is a family man; he is married with two daughters.
