ASI Scott Hayden
Master Sergeant (MSgt) Scott Hayden began teaching AFJROTC in 2012 at Elsik High after retirement from the US Air Force. He began his teaching career in 2003 as a Firefighting Instructor at the Department of Defense Fire Academy and continued teaching as a Military Training Instructor at Air Force Basic Military Training.

As a veteran of the Air Force for 26 years, I have lived all over the US and experienced a lot of unique cultures and lifestyles. This has been an immense help in connecting with our students in the Alief Community. As an AFJROTC instructor for 6 years now, I can say this has been my most challenging and rewarding career choice ever!
