Academics

  • Twenty-first Century Workforce is a priority for Alief Hastings High School. Students are prepared for the 21st century workforce through courses and programs such as Health Sciences, Construction Technology, Architectural Design, Engineering, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Business Law, Human Growth and Development, Accounting (I & II), Information Technology, Marketing, Automotive and Transportation, Education, and many, many more.

    Regardless of what a student’s future interest might be, we are committed to making sure all students are both 21st Century Workforce Ready and College Ready. Our college center and AVID program expose students to great college opportunities as they visit multiple college campuses around the state. We are proud of our 3 Dell Scholarship Recipients for the 2018-2019 school year: April Brito, Dalmath Kandolo, and Khanh Nguyen.
