Ann Osterloh O'Donnell

Alief ISD Deputy Superintendent, Ann O'Donnell, our wonderful campus' namesake, touched the lives of thousands of students, parents and co-workers during her 30-year career in Texas public education. 

Her career with Alief ISD began in 1969 as a math teacher at Alief Junior-Senior High School. Three years later, she became an assistant principal at Hastings High School and was named principal of Elsik High School when it opened in 1975. She was promoted to assistant superintendent for High Schools in 1981 and became deputy superintendent of Instructional Services during the 1984-1985 school year. her contributions to the district were immeasurable as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and district administrator.
