What is STEM?
The word STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. What we do in STEM is, interact with students and teach them how to use 21st-century skills, also known as the 4 C’s, which are Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity Skills. With the guidance on how to use all of those skills, we are also able to solve problems in the real world or, PBL’s (Problem Based Learning). In PBL’s, students get the chance to solve the problems introduced to them by using the latest technology so that their minds can think outside the box.
