Ms. C. Johnson
After graduating from Macarthur Senior High School in Aldine ISD in 1988, Mrs. Johnson received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 1991. She then went to Texas Southern University to pursue her teacher’s certification in the area of special education. After completing her certification, she received a Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling at Texas Southern University in 1996. In 2002, she also received a Texas Education Principal Certification from the University of Houston –Victoria. Currently, she is working on her doctorate in the area of general psychology and has completed all but her dissertation. Mrs. Johnson worked in Houston ISD for five years as a teacher and department chairperson in the area of elementary special education. She has been in Alief ISD as a school counselor for 21 years working at Bush Elementary, Best Elementary and Landis Elementary. She has currently been at Landis Elementary for 12 years. She loves learning, reading and dancing. Counseling is a privilege to her.
