Extended Hours Program is a new Alief ISD high school credit outreach incorporating the former Night High School with the S.O.A.R. Program (Special Opportunities for Academic Restoration).

Extended Hours has an exciting three-fold mission:

·        Delivering academic opportunities to earn credit and move closer to graduation, this program is enabling students to access evening and daytime educational programs through compressed classes, the internet, and on-campus direct instruction.

·        Serving special populations of non-traditional students facing real life and challenging situations through onsite and/or online coursework and graduation programs, designed to meet the needs of young adults.

·        Offering TAKS assistance and original credit classes for current, as well as, returning students.
